Here a picture with all the holes countersunk.

Next on the list was to manufacture and drill the tie down bracket assembly.
The tie down clecko'ed and the spar used to back drill the holes
This is what the tie down assembly looks ready just before assembly, it will need to get primered before the actual assembly.
Then I primed and riveted the tie-downs together
